RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from EXCLUSIVES. If you are not, we will gladly accept the exchange of items that are unwashed, unused, unaltered and packed with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. You can exchange articles from Exclusives outlet within 14 days of your purchase.
Exchange will be provided subject to the immediate availability of stock. Customer will have to bear courier charges (for sending and receiving) in case of online exchange.
Please note we do not offer a cash refund.

Our accessories and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 THREE STEPS IN RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

2.  Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, are packed properly

 3.  If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Customer needs to return the merchandise via trackable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR CUSTOM-MADE ORDER

  • We accept request for any changes in custom sizes/style if our customers are not fully satisfied with the fit.
  • Custom orders are made with specific customer requirements, hence custom orders are non-refundable and Exchangeable. However, we are always ready for required altration in custom order.
  • We  offer re-order (free of cost) in case of errors from our side only. (Subject to fabric availability)
  • Once we received your order confirmation by call/e.mail,we are not able to change further in custom orders,How ever ,we will change in size /style with extra charges
  • SPECIAL NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE PAKISTAN
  • Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers outside from Pakistan will have to bear the shipping charges.

Cancellation of Orders

On rare occasion Exclusives has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution and when customers do not pickup / reply to confirmation calls from our customer care.
