EXCLUSIVES do not offer a refund instead customers can exchange the unused, tagged, unaltered and packed articles from EXCLUSIVES outlet or E-store within 14 days of purchase. For terms and conditions.

We do not have any ongoing discount codes. Please stay tuned to our official social media pages and website for upcoming offers.

4. How can I update my order?

5. How you deliver products as Gifts?

We are offering free delivery for all domestic orders worth Rs.3000/- or more.

We will send your parcel through these courier companies: TCS, Call Courier, Swyft Courier and DHL (for international shipments only)

EXCLUSIVES currently offers 3 payment methods and you can opt any one of them according to your convenience to pay for your order.

10. What is the delivery time for an online order /custom- made
Customize order are delivered within 12-16 business days after confirmation while our Ready- made products are delivered within 6-10 business days depending on order confirmations
We also accept urgent delivery requests. (Additional charges apply)
11. How to place an order on the website?
Follow the following steps to place an order on our website.
- Open the product in the new Tab.
- Select the product size you require and hit the button “Add to Cart”
- Click continue shopping if you wish to add more products in the same order.
- Proceed to check out when your shopping is complete.
- Click on the “check out” button and fill in your information.
- Provide billing & shipping information.
- Select through any of our 3-payment methods.
- Finally, click on the red “Place order now” button.
You have successfully booked the order and will receive a confirmation email shortly.
12. How can I cancel my order and get a refund if I don’t like ?
You can definitely claim a full refund. On the other hand, ship your parcel back with a specified list of issues that are being incurred. We will alter/remake/remodel your product and send it back.

13. What to do if I receive damaged/never receive product?
Our team will ensure the delivery of products.
In such rare cases, you need to report this issue to our customer care at +92-321-8557556 right after receiving of the product.
14. How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you will be provided with a tracking number for your order through Email. You can check your order status on Tcs/Call Courier/Postex and DHL websites for local and international orders respectively, copy and paste your tracking numbers to track your order. Links are provided below:

Your security while shopping online with EXCLUSIVES is extremely important to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit personal details are kept safe at all times.
We only use it for order delivery, order payment or any further communication.
16. How to recover EXCLUSIVES website account?
You can retrieve the password simply by clicking on the forget password option under the create account tab. This portal will send a password recovery mail to the registered Email id from where you can recover your account.

Subscribe to our newsletter if you want to remain updated with our latest offers and promotions. 21. Can there be any variation in color of the actual product?
There can be a little variation in the color of actual product due to photographic lighting.
22. Who will bear courier charges ,if I shipped you back my order ?
Customer will be liable to bear the expense of return shipping.

- Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
- Customers outside from Pakistan will have to bear the shipping charges.
