RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from exclusiveswear.com. If you are not, we will gladly accept the exchange of items that are unwashed, unused, unaltered and packed with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. You can exchange articles from Exclusives outlet within 14 days of your purchase.
Exchange will be provided subject to the immediate availability of stock. Customer will have to bear courier charges (for sending and receiving) in case of online exchange.
Please note we do not offer a cash refund.
Our accessories and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellation of Orders
On rare occasion Exclusives has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution and when customers do not pickup / reply to confirmation calls from our customer care.
